FREE ROOF FOR THOSE IN NEED

To qualify, you must meet one of the following:

• Veterans/Military personnel: Honoring their service and sacrifice.
• Physically Disabled: An individual who experiences permanent limitations in their physical ability to participate in the maintenance and repairs of their property.
• Senior Citizen (over the age of 65): For someone who may not fit into the above categories but still deserves a helping hand.

• Be the homeowner and occupy the house
• Be Unable to obtain affordable credit elsewhere
• Have a household income that does not exceed the very low limit of Milam County (see table below)
• Documentation may be required for verification of any or all of the above
•  Property cannot be currently listed for sale, has not been listed for sale within the past 12 months, or plan to be listed for sale within the next 36 months. If selected to receive the complimentary roof, Recipient agrees to sign a Lien Agreement on the property that if the property is sold within 36 months after completion of the roof installation, the full retail cost of the roof will be reimbursed to Integrity Roofing & Construction LLC from the proceeds of the sale of the property 

•   The property must be located in Rockdale, Texas.

•   All completed Applications/Nominations must be received not later than Wednesday, May 14, 2025

• Final decision will be announced at the Grand Opening of Integrity Roofing & Construction LLC in June.
• All incomplete applications will be disqualified without consideration.
• All applications will be verified for accuracy and information verified

•  By submitting an Application, applicant will be giving permission for Integrity Roofing & Construction LLC to perform a preliminary inspection of the property (“site visit”), including taking photographs of the property, for consideration in the application consideration process. The site visit may be performed without further permission from the property owner.
• Applicant, and all household members, must have no active criminal history, has not been convicted of any crimes currently considered "active", or pending criminal charges. Background checks may be required.
• Winner will be required to sign a Release of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement prior to the start of any work on the homeowner's property.
• Winner will be required to sign Permission for Use allowing use of photography, video, and any and all other advertising, promotion or marketing of the property and the homeowner(s) information will be required prior to start of any work on the homeowner’s property.
• Final Recipient will be chosen by an independent committee that is composed of individuals who are not employees or shareholders of the company, ensuring they are unbiased and not influenced by company interests.
