To qualify, you must meet one of the following:

Be the homeowner and occupy the house
Be Unable to obtain affordable credit elsewhere
Have a household income that does not exceed the very low limit of Milam County (see table below)
Documentation may be required for verification of any or all of the above
Property cannot be currently listed for sale, has not been listed for sale within the past 12 months, and cannot be listed for sale within the next 12 months.

All completed Applications must be received not later than 5pm on Friday, February 21, 2025

Final decision will be announced at the Grand Opening of Integrity Roofing & Construction LLC in March (date To Be Announced).
All incomplete applications will be disqualified without consideration.
All applications will be verified for accuracy and information verified

By submitting an Application, applicant will be giving permission for Integrity Roofing & Construction LLC to perform a preliminary inspection of the property (“site visit”), including taking photographs of the property, for consideration in the application consideration process. The site visit may be performed without further permission from the property owner.
Applicant, and all household members, must have no active criminal history, has not been convicted of any crimes currently considered "active", or pending criminal charges. Background checks may be required.
Winner will be required to sign a Release of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement prior to the start of any work on the homeowner's property.
Winner will be required to sign Permission for Use allowing use of photography, video, and any and all other advertising, promotion or marketing of the property and the homeowner(s) information will be required prior to start of any work on the homeowner’s property.
